S.M.A.R.T. Academy does have a limited number of scholarships available.  The scholarships cover 50% of the cost, so the $800 camp fee becomes $400.  

 

If you are interested, please have your child write a three-paragraph essay on one of the following three topics:

 

1) The importance of science and mathematics in our society today?

2) Choose a scientific topic and describe how you would set up an experiement using the scientific method.

3) Choose an advanced mathematic concept and explain how it applies to a real-world situation

 

Submissions will be reviewed from Monday, July 15th - Wednesday, July 17th and the scholarship winners will be announced Thursday, July 18th.  

 

Please submit final essays to smartacademycamp@gmail.com by July 14th at midnight (12:00AM). No late submissions will be considered.
